The Slack tab is empty.

Open Settings → Integrations and check that Slack shows as connected. If it was connected before Kladi asked for new permissions, disconnect and connect again — Slack replaces a grant rather than merging it, so an older connection can be missing scopes.

I can't see a private channel or DM.

Kladi reads Slack as you, so it can only see what your own Slack account can see. If you are not a member of the conversation, it will not appear.

Sending a bullet to Slack failed.

Reconnect Slack from Settings → Integrations. Expired tokens are the usual cause. If it still fails, email the channel name and the time it happened.

How do I disconnect Slack?

Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. You can also revoke access from your workspace at slack.com/apps/manage.

How do I delete my account?

Email max@gendy.co from the address you signed up with. Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days.
